Non-Delivery of Product: If you do not receive the digital product within the agreed delivery time, you may request a full refund.
Major Defects: Although all products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted for our team’s evaluation. If any deficiency is confirmed and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the time of the initial complaint or any other notification provided by a customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full.
Product Not as Described: A product is deemed unfit if it is not as described on the website or as agreed in the customer requirements. In this case, a refund is issued.
General Conditions for a Refund:
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your purchase date.
